Dear Trade Partners,

I wanted to take this time to say thank you on behalf of the Monogram Collection at Parkland for your hard work in this past 4th quarter and year end. For our Fiscal Year End 2014 we exceeded our projections by 2 units, closing a total of 29 homes in Monogram. This would not have been possible without the hard work and dedication of you, your company, your field and office staff, and your supervisors. At times, we yell at each other and scratch our heads at the things that go on in the field, but you all are the reason we are successful, and for that I would like to express my gratitude.
